I was born in Lisbon and raised in Coimbra, Portugal. My husband is from the Netherlands, and we are currently living in Austria with our Swiss Shepherd, Snowy. I’m a self-taught artist, and my work is deeply influenced by classical art—especially the 17th-century Dutch Golden Age, the Flemish Technique, and 19th-century French Realism. I combine these traditional methods with a contemporary approach to create detailed paintings with rich colors.

My focus is on light, texture, and atmosphere, aiming to bring a sense of stillness and presence to everyday moments.
